I recently got some blood work done to see if I had mass cell activation syndrome, the doctor said my blood work looked fine. He now wants me to do a $1400 patch test. I don’t think that that’s gonna be the best option. But I don’t know what else my issues could be. I have Seborrheic Dermatitis, rosacea, ic and lots of brain fog!!! All of these things get better when eating chicken and rice. I thought it was related to a histamine issue, but I am confused to what to think next. I also don’t wanna have to spend a bunch of money on test to come up empty-handed.
