Interstitial journaling app I made to help me keep on task

I'm sharing this because it actually helps me focus. Maybe it helps you too.

For those that aren't aware of interstitial journaling - It's a productivity technique that combines time-tracking, task management, and reflection by writing short notes in the "interstitial" spaces between work tasks, rather than only at the start or end of the day. Created by Tony Stubblebine, it aims to reduce procrastination, increase focus, and manage transitions. In practice, an entry looks like a time stamp and then what you're working on. That's one line or one entry. I write entries often throughout the day so when I have squirrel moments or side quests and can't remember where I left off, I can look back to my journal.
