I have this person who calls me with a no caller ID each weekend. This person first called about a month ago and I blocked the calls since it was No Caller ID. They left a voicemail saying some really personal stuff about me so I answer it. This person yells at me stating we met on a dating app (never been on one). Says a lot of personal stuff so I ended the call. Shouldn’t have ever picked it up.
I update my settings to automatically block No Caller IDs since I don’t want to deal with that again. A week goes by and they call again, same time. Always 8pm on a Sunday.
It automatically sends them to voicemail like I intended it to. They can still leave a voicemail stupidly enough. She tells me how she’s upset I’m ignoring the calls and states she will continue to call me…
At this point, I know just to ignore the calls but it’s really making me feel uneasy how much personal information they have on me. They had my birthday, address and type of car of drive.
What can I do to prevent these calls or at the very least prevent voicemails. My anxiety is telling me this is something much deeper.
