Hi all, I've been having this issue where whenever I click in an app or a game it sometimes flickers, like it very quickly minimizes and comes back again. It can even fall into this state when it's flashing in and out of the "not responding" and regular state couple of times a second. For some games it only does it in windowed mode, it's alright in fullscrean but nor for all.

Is that a Windows setting issue or something else? Thank you in advance for any help or insight!
