Trinity Scammers? Bad experience with them trying to order G2 ultra
Ordered on the 29th with the website indicating it was still in stock. Asked a few days later why it hadn't shipped and they said there's none in stock despite website still currently saying in stock. They said it'll restock on May 8 or 9. Waited until then (website said it was in stock the entire time). They had no communication so I asked again and they said no stock still. Now I'm seeing other websites saying it's in stock and they won't refund me and is now ignoring my messages... I'm guessing I'll have to go through the chargeback route. I'm glad I didn't choose bank transfer. Just buyer beware regarding Trinity electronics. I heard many good things on Reddit but seems like they aren't consistent or too big to care about customers now.
