First days with the X300 Ultra
I've had the X300 Ultra for 2 days and I'm loving it. Unfortunately my work schedule hasn't allowed me to properly test it out, but here are just a couple of quick point and shoot shots.

From a overheating mess , very poor signal quality , lagging mess, 4 hrs battery life but still my beloved Galaxy S21FE. Except for Oneui everything is clearly a hugeeee upgrade on this phone. Any questions on this phone feel free to ask.
I know several people who have purchased this kit with the x300 Ultra. Has anyone else bought it as well? Are we expecting shipments to be sent out today? Pre-ordered on March 30 and haven't seen any updates since.
Arent they supposed to be 400mb?
It’s me again. I wrote earlier about the strange auto white balance settings on Vivo, but I want to show a case where the situation is even more noticeable and dramatic.
In this scene, the orange-yellow sun is breaking through beige curtains.
How on earth did it all turn red? Why did the side of the sofa suddenly turn green?
I’m becoming increasingly confused about where it’s getting these colors from.
I have to post-process literally every single photo just to make it look realistic. This is not cool.
And before you ask: Yes, I am shooting in the "Zeiss Natural" profile. Yes, I’ve tried tweaking the processing settings like noise, contrast, saturation, and brightness. And yes, I’ve tried enabling the Raw Lighting feature, but photos with it are actually worse than with HDR on: there’s less detail, the aggressive noise reduction doesn’t go away, and fine details just melt into large color splotches.
The only solution I’ve come up with is to stop relying on the Vivo x200 Pro as a "smartphone camera" and instead shoot in Pro mode RAW DNG's 90% of the time, then develop the files in Lightroom afterward as if it were a full-fledged dedicated camera. That’s pretty much where I'm at.
Hi ,
Could you help me ? Some websites mention Bluetooth 5.4, others Bluetooth 6.0.
However, since this device is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, it's certain that this chip has Bluetooth 6.0. So I don't understand. Could you explain this to me ?
How can I improve battery life? I used to get 9-10 hours of screen time, but now it's only 5-6.
For those like me who were wondering, it seems like the new smaller 200mm teleconverter has a slightly worse quality than the original, bigger one.
I bought the vivo x200t a week back after using samsung m33 for 3.5 years. I am loving the origin os and the features, camera and the phone overall. The weight is so balanced, ui is optimised, camera is phenomenal. The heating issue everyone talking about I also faced, but it is already getting resolved with more usage of the phone. I am planning to keep this for 5 years atleast. Let's see what is the future holds for me but to this date I am loving the what the phone provides. If you guys got any questions related to it tell me I will try to answer it. Above are the some photo samples clicked by me
Hi guys, I ordered a x200 ultra and cant wait for it to arrive! Besides the case and screen protector I also want to buy a powerbank that supports wireless charging but obviously it needs to fit properly underneath the camera mount. Can anyone let me know what the actual dimensions are underneath the camera unit? Want to know what the max size is so it fits properly and hopefully still can be held like a phone when using it while charging :)
anyone knows if vivo will be sold on Amazon with same promotions as on official site of vivo? I have no official shop in my country but wish to have 3 years warranty, 50% on lenses price etc
And they works, somehow. Even the zoom lens if you have invested in a 17mm adapter so you can move tele-extender to the right place.
The grip is detected (and funnily enough shows a X200 Ultra when connected) but will stop functioning after the Day 1 Update.
I already saw posts about the sound and it's fine, because of OIS
But it still has sound when I capture video and apparently this weird sound should stop when camera is open?
Sorry if I am asking same stuff again, but I am little bit anxious
Hi
I have a question please about improving the audio recording while taking a video.
from Youtube reviews I've seen I wasn't impressed with the audio recording capability of the X300, there seem to be noise filtering algorithms used which make voices sound somewhat robotic and environmental sounds get cut off.
I've contacted Vivo support over email, asking whether there is a way to improve the quality of the audio recording and they've listed two options that can be toggled which might affect the result, I don't have the device as I'm at a stage of considering it, if you have the device, could you please check whether you see those toggles on your device?
thank you!
"Open the Camera app and switch to Video mode.
Tap the “≡” (Menu) or Gear icon in the top right corner.
Select Settings if it doesn't open the dropdown menu directly.
Look for the following toggles:
3D Sound Tracking / Audio Focus: When enabled, this uses algorithms to enhance the sound of the object in focus while reducing background noise.
Erase Noise: Found under advanced camera settings, this is often the specific toggle for noise reduction algorithms. If your audio sounds "robotic" or over-processed when zooming, try turning this OFF.
Wind Noise Reduction: Depending on your specific software version (Funtouch OS or OriginOS), there may be a separate toggle for wind filters here as well.
Important Note on "Raw" Audio
Currently, vivo's software (as of January 2026) does not provide a single button to "disable all filtering" for a completely raw audio file. To get the most natural sound:
Turn OFF "3D Sound Tracking" and "Erase Noise."
Switch to Pro Mode: If you are in the "Pro" video mode, you may have more granular control over the microphone pickup pattern, though some algorithmic cleanup remains mandatory."
Hey, I have a Vivo X300 Pro Chinese version and I’m traveling to the Netherlands for 7 days.
From what I understand, my version probably doesn’t support eSIM, so apps like Airalo won’t work.
What’s the easiest way to get mobile internet there? Should I just buy a physical prepaid SIM at the airport or in the city?
Is it as simple as the video suggests to install Google services on the Vivo x300 pro? I'm thinking about buying it from Shenzhen trading.
