I had an intense emotional exchange with a married men for 3 months and I am also married with 3 kids. We kissed the first night we met and I couldn’t get the kiss out of my head. I kept blocking and unblocking him and I was torn. Finally I agreed to meet and the day before we were supposed to meet his wife found out and called me from his phone in the middle of the night, kept messaging from her phone. After a week of NC we messaged and he said he is in a ton of trouble and the problems in his marriage were long time coming and that I am not to blame and should stay safe. He said he is 100% the problem. He reassured me his wife won’t contact my husband as this was also my worry. I told him to take care and left the conversation then there knowing he has to safe his marriage - it is what I would do given children are involved. Then all of a sudden at 5am I received this message from him which confused me saying: btw forget and delete the conversation from last night. I hope you are ok. I am unsure what I am supposed to forget from that conversation? I get the delete part but the forget part?
