If photography: what style: People during the day and night. I’ll be shooting from close distances which is why I’ve been looking for the V5 over the the V7
What features do you absolutely need:
A screen that tilts ideally upwards but I’m open to it being sideways. A built in flash or at least a way to add an external flash to it. Considerably better quality than an iPhone pro (I’ve been looking for a 1 inch or larger sensor and a low f-number but let me know if I should be prioritizing other features). Able to shoot good quality both in low and very bright lighting. Able to get vibrant colors, like sunset pictures.
What features would be nice to have: For it to have the option not lose too much detail of the background when focusing on a person. I know the g7x has a feature where it can take fotos while recording or some way to for it to take fotos very quickly in order to capture quick posing changes. WiFi connection or a way to pass its photos to a phone easily. A long battery life.
Portability: Small bag (this is super important)

Notes: I’m looking to get the most out of my money so ideally it would be something that isn’t over hyped (which is why I’m not looking for a canon g7x despite it having many of the features I’m looking for). I’ve mostly been looking through eBay but please let me know if there are any better platforms to find second hand camaras. I was also able to find the VA for a close enough price. Would that make any difference over the V?
