Quit Cannabis after 10 Years

Hello! I am on day 4 of no cannabis consumption after almost 10 straight years of chronic use (very minimal breaks). I experienced Cannabis Hyperemesis Syndrome and I had to quit in order to avoid entering the hyperemetic phase. I was super sick for about 5 days with the CHS, but am finally doing better and having minimal nausea. However, I’ve noticed i’m pretty irritable and extremely emotional. I have been crying about things that happened years ago. I wanted to see if anyone else has quit and what helped them. I am 24F and really want to take back the control over my life. The cravings are tough, but the mental state i’m in is what really impacts me. Let me know what helped you, thanks so much!

Hello! I posted on here a few days ago about my cat having a minor burn on her paw and to be honest it STRESSED ME OUT!!! I was asking for recommendations about the burn and if she needed to go the vet or if they typically heal on their own. I was not expecting to be called a bad pet owner, and I honestly spiraled. I wanted to update in case anyone runs into a similar situation. Her paw is totally fine, just needs time to heal. The vet did not give me any antibiotics due to 0 signs of infections, but they did give some anti inflammatory meds just in case she’s showing signs of pain. All in all, everything cost me only $73. I make this post not to discourage anyone to go to the vet, but to help relieve some anxiety if your kitty ever steps on the stovetop. Always best to get the vet, but if you have to wait overnight like I did, try not to panic if your cat also has a minor burn. I will post the photos of her paw for reference. Thank you to everyone who kindly encouraged me to take her in, she’s all good!

So a few days ago my little Charm decided to hop on the stove burner right after I turned it off. She seemed fine other than her paw peeling a tiny bit. When I got home today, she was limping on that paw even though she hadn’t limped in the days prior. I will insert photos of the bottom of the paw. It looks a little red and raw, and I am just super concerned and wondering if I should take her to vet/if anyone else has had this happen.
