I don’t really know if I want or will ever get a belly piercing but I’m just curious with they way my belly button is a mix of an innie and an outie and generally am just curious if it’s possible lol

Hi I got my triple helix done in March this year. I use aftercare spray twice a day like my piercer recommended and I have a neck pillow if I want to rest on my side.
I know helix piercings take anywhere from 6 to 12 months to fully heal, but I’m worried about the bumps that have appeared on the first and third piercing. I try not to touch them too much although yes I have picked off crust and I’m sure that is a reason they have become irritated. I try to sleep on my opposite side but sometimes I wake up on that ear (sadly I think I roll a lot in my sleep). More recently I have been leaving them alone because of the bumps that have developed and (more so the first piercing, as my third on doesn’t seem as irritated) has changed from red and irritated to just a pink lump. However the first piercing has gotten more red again and I’m not sure how to minimise the irritation that keeps happening so my piercings can heal well.
Because of the most recent flair up with my first piercing I’m not sure as of now if I should continue to leave them alone or if I should remove the main irritated one or both (the first and third piercing) and get them repierced once healed at a later date.
Any help or advice would be really appreciated as I love my helixes and sad I made them irritated.
