25, 5 years in US medical billing — is this field actually worth it long term?

Hey everyone, I’m 25 and have been working in US medical billing for about 5 years now — started with scheduling and VOB, moved into prior auth and charge entry, and now doing AR follow-up. Mostly night shifts since we work US hours.
Honestly been wondering the same thing lately — is this field worth sticking with long term? The pay is decent but the hours are rough and sometimes it feels like the work doesn’t get recognized much.
For those of you who’ve been in it longer — does it get better? Any advice on where to take this career?
