Would appreciate yalls opinions! About every 2-3 periods I have I end up starting them super heavy to the point that an hour into my period I can go through a super tampon. It does end up calming down after 3 hours but I still can go through a super plus tampon in 2-4 hours.
Ontop of the first 3 days of my period (often worse the first day) I have bad enough cramping that I can't move so I end up curled up in bed all day which helps the cramps but the minute I move they come back. Pain meds like Midol and Tylenol don't work. Other symptoms I have are really bad bloating, back pain, and really sharp pain during bowel movements.
This has been going on for 3-4 years now and started to get worse after I went on birth control
(I stopped taking it now due to that). My mom says I'm being dramatic and that it's a normal thing to happen during periods. Is this something I should be getting checked out or is it all just normal?
