I'm looking to upgrade my turntable setup but I don't know which to replace or add

Current Setup:
Turntable: Audio Technica LP120XUSB
Speakers: Edifiers 1700BTs

I use the built in pre-amp and amp that comes with the turntable and speakers and I have no subwoofers yet.
