I'm not local, and last time I was in Berlin I had long hair so....

Now I need to cut my hair with someone who is good at understanding what's best for me.

The current cut I have worked where I'm from, but somehow, I'm not sure if it's the water or the air or what, but here it just looks awful. I feel so fugly.

Any good recommendations? I'm in Charlottensburg currently but almost moabit
