It fits my RXM pretty snug without much play and without being too difficult to draw from. It clips onto my normal leather belt without coming off when I do draw, and overall feels rather solid.

It's a Rounded by Concealment Express. As stated in title, it cost just under 45 dollars off Amazon.

Is there anything I'm missing to determine whether it's a good pick or not? I know there are better vetted brands out there with more options and features.

Pretty happy with the decision so far, with the admittedly nominal research I put into it prior. I have a holster and a speed loader in the mail right now, and I'm looking into other things to make this gun my own, plus just optimizing it for carry.

I've heard OEM Glock 19 mags are the move, and I was thinking a flush barrel would be more practical for carrying, though I'm unsure of a particular barrel to go for. Are there any RXM owners here with suggestions on that or any other modification?

I guess this is also as good a time as any to find out what optics people recommend.
