hi, first pregnancy and I conceived on 10mg of letrozole!!

11dpo I got my first blood test and it came back 156 hcg and 79 progesterone.

14 dpo was my second and my hcg is at 609.

I see it could be multiples but also could be a single. Did anyone else have very high numbers like this? I am a little concerned
