Today my gf did self harm and now I’m scared. Yesterday I didn’t call her at night and today I woke up late and couldn’t call her in the morning as well though I sent a text explaining everything. Fast forward to afternoon- I was at work and she was calling me multiple times(around 100) I picked some of them and explained that I wouldn’t be able to talk but she asked me to just stay on call and then she sent me a picture where she made a cut on her hand, I got furious and I confronted her that this is wrong and I’m gonna involve her parents in this, then she was like no, please don’t involve the parents, she will not do anything like that ever again.
What should I do in this case, I’m scared that if something happens to her while she calls me multiple times, it could end up bad. Need suggestions and guidance, please help.
