Today I saw something that would’ve never happened in any other country but our beautiful India.

There was a laparoscopic mesh hernioplasty surgery going on, the PG was assisting the unit head in the surgery. Our unit head scolded him many times in between, in front of all of us, asking if he’s coming here to dance or whatever.

But all that’s fine.

Then he took the artery forceps and hit his fingers and knuckles.

Not once, but twice!

WHAT THE HELL??!

Not only is this highly unprofessional but it’s not safe either!!

And this happened in a highly reputed institution. IM APPALLED.

And at the end all my friends were saying if they were the PG they’d have started crying. THATS THE ISSUE. Most of us just sulk and go on with our days. I was thinking if it was me I’d have f-ing hit him back. The AUDACITY?! What is power making these people do?! These people need to be taught that there are consequences to their actions!!
