Can someone give me a possible estimate for 200 people, flexible date/timings February 2027 to June 2027?

Looking at a venue that will accommodate 200 people. Will only book 15 rooms, rest will manage on their own.

Planning for 3 events- Mehndi/Sangeet, Wedding, Reception

Can you please also suggest hotels in these areas as well as the hall?

We do not live in India, so would appreciate provide addresses or contact info of the places.
