Title says it all really. I have had for months, a very dry patch of skin under my bicep. Feels flat when I run my finger over it or touch it. Pressure doesn’t hurt or give any sensation at all. Scratching it felt as though it was crumbling off. Is this a wart at all or something else?

Very close up pics and not the best but under my bicep for a good few months at least I’ve had what feels like a very dry patch of skin. I found myself scratching it before for some reason, but it’s a tiny, very dry, rough patch of skin. Doesn’t hurt or feel anything when I put pressure on it, but it appears to be white and crumbly. Scratching it feels as though im itching it and it’s crumbling off.
