I’ve try this [Sour Cream Soup], not sure if it is Croatian or Turkish

Recently I tried this soup/cream, it was not hot though very interesting flavor, it was a little sweet because o the honey and there was some chilli oil which was very different, beside that it was sour cream, and an egg.

I wonder what this dish it is called.
