3 weeks in I was feeling amazing, the scale was moving and the food noise was finally quiet. But these past 2 weeks? Stuck bouncing between 156–157 lbs and I'm honestly confused.
I'm at the gym 5–6x a week. I focus on high protein and whole foods. I don't do meal prep and calorie counting has never worked for me personally, it stresses me out more than it helps.
My question is: do I need to do more than just eat healthy and exercise to see results on Reta? Or is this just a normal stall and I need to trust the process?

I workout 5–6 days a week, weightlifting and cardio. I eat high protein without counting calories, just giving my body what I know serves it: eating more on the days I feel hungrier and making sure to get enough on the days I don’t feel like eating.
I love, love how easy this medication has made my cut phase this year. I’m a gym rat and I eat healthy most of the time, but I had been stuck at 176 pounds for over 2 years and it was so hard to break through. Today I was at 158, and the feeling of finding my body again is just amazing
