tl;dr how to make kissing not awkward.

So I (20f) recently started seeing this guy (22m) and we’ve been on a few dates and in the last one he kissed me. Now I should mention that he has a lot more experience then me in this sort of field and the last time I kissed anyone I was blackout drunk, so I just made it awkward. But I do really like him and we have scheduled another date and I would like to initiate this time but I’m very scared of making it awkward again or making him lose interest in me because I don’t have as much experience as he does and he’s the first guy I’ve seriously liked. Any suggestions?
