Still pretty new to grading, but this Pikachu was from the personal collection so I didn’t really care what grade it was, but was curious if it was ever possible for it to 10. Also they returned back my Aqua Neos as a DO Not Holder. I am still waiting for a response from PSA as they gave it the N9 so i’m assuming it’s upgradeable for a reason they didn’t list yet. Any thoughts or comments welcome, I still have a lot to learn from grading cards.
