Buying Home or Apartment
It will be my first time to buy a house in the Netherlands. I am single and live alone, and have a budget max 380k to buy a house in Randstad area. With that budget, I can afford house and apartment. I am in dilemma to buy apartment or a house, some of my friends told me better to buy a house since we don’t need to pay VVE. And some of them suggested to buy apartment for easy maintenance. I want to get some advices from fellas here, and your opinion.
