Guys I have dark underarm issue can someone please recommend me a derma clinic in cebu and did it really lightens your underarm after couple of seasons. Please 🙏

My partner and I are currently in a long distance relationship, and lately I’ve been overthinking things to the point where I feel like crying. When we’re together, everything feels right but when we’re apart, I start to feel like I might be better off alone. I get overwhelmed with negative thoughts. I’ve already opened up to him about how important communication and reassurance are to me, especially because I tend to feel anxious. But nothing has really changed he can go through his whole day without talking to me. I love him deeply, but I don’t understand why I keep thinking about ending things or why I sometimes feel like I’d be more at peace on my own. Am I the problem?
