I had not been able to access my 12th grade results for document upload since yesterday and I don't know what to do now

So I need my marks memo by 10th may for uploading it to manipal but I can't download/see the marks memo in the tsbie website can I get it from somewhere?

If yes how common is it and does management do anything about it?
