My first time growing mushrooms and am making good progress. They got really big after I set them outside and it rained. What I want to know is when should I harvest them?

I decided to dip my toes into mushroom cultivation and I guess you could say it’s been a good learning process. I’ve been keeping them under a mushroom grow light in my garage, so any tips on improvement are welcome. These are pearl mushrooms from Back to the Roots
