There are barely any if at all listings for 1 bedroom apartments in any parish in Bermuda … I’m checking Facebook marketplace Emoo and property slipper and there’s almost nothing in the 2-3k usd range.

Also regarding work permit, does your employer have to search for a local candidate when it’s up for renewal ?

Obviously the market is pretty absurdly bad at the moment but I’m wondering if anyone who has a condo on the market how it’s been going are you getting a lot of interest and showings and offers ? We tried selling last year and it was a disaster. The market doesn’t seem much better this year. Thanks.
