I asked on here the other day for advice on why my radiators were getting hot when I just had the hot water on.

I’ve now located the 3-way valve and the switch from “auto” to “ manual” has no resistance so guess it’s broken?

Can the switch be repaired without draining down the whole CH system?

Can it be replaced without the pipe section or is it one unit?
