If anyone knows which fuse to pull and check.?. Or maybe the whole outlet is shot from having something going in/out over time. I have one cigarette lighter working but these two are not powering devices. Thanks in advance

Lenco L75. I paid $5.00 and took it without testing. Plugged in and it is not spinning. Not electronically inclined. Not complaining. Might be able to find someone to check it out and fix . Worth it?
