I’ve used ICICI and HDFC and to be honest, they both suck. Their RMs are particularly bad. Which bank do you think is the best for a salary account?

So I was working from home today and there was a town hall meeting. I joined the call wearing shorts and a T-shirt, lying in my cozy bed, and the camera was off.

Five minutes later, my manager texted me that “we can see you” and I was shocked. I checked the camera and it was still off. I was so embarrassed and panicked.

The call wouldn’t disconnect either and the teams wouldn’t quit, so I had to forcefully shut down my PC.

Dude, I am gonna put a cover on cam from now on or just won’t sit in front if I don’t wanna join the video. MS teams is super weird tbh, I can never trust it now.

This is not once, that these guys Scammed me.

They manipulate the booking and give you an invoice different than the specified services in the app basically charge you extra than for what you’ve booked.
They have one of the worst customer care, they refuse to even acknowledge and answer like “it is what it is” and close the issue, only talk on call and avoid to provide response in writing.

They basically put whatever they want in the quote, post-service, which is different than their app/what you booked.

I paid 1000 bucks to get my Desktop cleaned, yes !
The man came and just used a blower to clean dust, not even used a cloth, and asked me to clean it further. Kept forcing for ratings and you can’t argue with locals in Maharashtra. Because every dispute turns into outsider vs Marathi here, so I just paid and thought the customer care may help, only to hear from them that they can’t do anything.

They are getting away with this SCAM, because who is going to sue them for a few hundred rupees, right? But WRONG IS WRONG, and they MUST BE ACCOUNTABLE AND TRANSPARENT!

Please save yourself from this SCAM and be careful of this Fking app Urban conmen.

They hate you for being an outsider (Marathi is an excuse, they hate you even if you speak Marathi) in Pune/Mumbai
and the same local rowdies ask CHANDA from you for their Daaru party in the name of some religious celebration 10 times a year.

Y’ll will agree they usually have 1st copies (most brands I had to return) of all major brands, n we end up retuning most of our purchases.

So, I ordered this track suit from them for like a few months ago, which has to be “imported” and came in 2-3 weeks, but the size didn’t fit so I had asked for exchange, they confirmed and after making me wait for a few weeks they “cancelled” the exchange saying the seller doesn’t have the size AND the return window was closes, so I had no option left.

Later during another issue with another product, I asked a kind customer care lady, about this previous cancellation of exchange, and she helped me return it.

So the return was successful, the amount showes refunded to my credit card. BUT THERE WAS NO REFUND RECEIVED.

I have been following up with them for weeks, and these MFs are so clever they refuse to provide any updates on writing, and say that we are working.

The idea behind this, IG is, they keep you “insider” or other customer categories based on your purchases, and returns, shopping patterns. Most “insiders” like me are busy and we can’t follow up with them all the time, many of us will forget, or just let it be. Like it happened in some small items like “chhaddi”/“socks” with me, like I didn’t receive it/they were missing in large orders.

It’s how these cons make profits. Cheap quality stuff, failed refunds, missed items.

In my experience of like 8 years shopping online, NYKA/AJIO are way better, tbh. They have really fast service and good support. I am really disappointed with Myntra and never gonna use it ever again.

Hi Guys,

I lately saw one credit report and noticed a BOI (Bank of India)
account on my name. I used to get texts from the same and I complained and the Bank told there was my phone number linked by mistake to an account and they said they unlinked it and the texts stopped. But now that I see one account number on my name, I am super disappointed and worried. 😟

Can someone pls advice what to do?

I have written to the Bank and yet to get a response.
