Will this just resolve on its own?
I need help or clarification. I completed and passed my CSA in 2025. At the time I saw my information within the webassessor portal at the time. At that time, I was at a different company. I now work at another company and with that in with the new company, they have servicenow partner portal. I set up my account and I merged my information over afterwards everything appeared, including my CSA, but when it came over, I had a few in progress course titles showing and one of them was servicenow administration fundamentals course, and it said 61% complete so I thought let me finish this and let me clean up some of these in progress course titles. I completed that course and then right afterwards I received an email saying that I need to register to take an exam for the CSA, but I already have my CSA and I verified that with my servicenow résumé. I only completed that in progress course so it looked nice and clean on the portal side so it doesn’t show in progress course activities. I didn’t realize by completing that fundamentals course was going to prompt me to take this exam or would like me to take this exam, but since I already completed and passed this in 2025, I do not intend to take this exam again. Has anyone else encountered this? This might have to do with not everything was brought over correctly from Webassessor to PearsonVue. That’s just my own perspective. Should I just ignore? I feel I should ignore since my sn resume reflects correctly.
