What's this tiny white dust on my T?

First time owner here! Meet Chutney♡ Always wanted a T, and watched years of videos on husbandry and care before I got her. Biggest fear is messing up since she is a pre-planned b-day gift. She's a Chaco Golden Knee.

She eats like a champ (We feed her once a week but we are stopping for a week or two because shes a healthy plump), moves, webs, drinks water and scratches her butt (it's so cute!)

The previous owner said she molted 2 years ago, so my worst fear is a stuck molt or a delayed one.

(White dust isn't moving)

There is no sign of this white dust in her enclosure.

She webbed up the surface when I rehomed her, into some deeper substrate and a sterilized skull.
