I joined Accenture a month ago as a React.js developer and I’m currently on bench. I got an AMS project opportunity and they mentioned it includes coding and development work as well.
Can someone explain what exactly AMS work is and how the daily activities usually are for a React developer in such projects? Is it mostly support/tool-based work or actual coding and development?

I’m getting some calls, but most are asking for backend knowledge. I mainly work in React/frontend.
Is this normal? Will I get a React project? Or should I start learning backend now?
Apart from medical insurance, there’s this extra ₹5,000 benefit. How exactly can we use it?
Is it only for health checkups or can we also buy medicines from pharmacy and claim it?
