I have a team lead that is quite literally always talking about associates to other associates. I work the front end and when we were slow ( 5 other cashiers with customers) I went to the restroom and she made comments to another associate. "She's the reason I always have lines because she somehow needs to use the bathroom after being here for an hour." I have stomach problems and holding it isn't much of an option sometimes. (Which she knows) She makes inappropriate comments about another associate who is pretty short and it's comments about his size and how she doesn't know how he has a girlfriend. Plus so much more. She is pretty buddy buddy with my coach so I don't wanna report her to him and I wanna be kept anonymous.
