2008 Honda Odessy Touring (115k miles)

Has anyone had this problem and had it fixed? Any time my car is off for 10 minutes or so, the radio and screen ask me to enter my codes. I put my codes in and it worked for a bit, but next time I got in the car it was asking again.

Non-coincidentally the "auto" roll for the driver window is only working part of the time and the sliding door only opens halfway now. Could be unrelated idk

Dealer said it would be 195 for a diagnostic unless I have them do the repairs. I have no idea what im dealing with or what a fix for something like this would cost.
