I use my GGG and CPT at least once a week. When it works it's great.
I've already had a bricked CPT replaced a while ago.
Now the replacement has died.
Last cook the CPT battery was very low (despite charged after the previous cook) but managed to get through.
Tried to charge again. No luck. Tried other booster and an original non-booster/holder. None have worked. CPT dead. All clean and shiny. Booster light goes green to red when CPT inserted.
Going to leave CPT out for a few days and then try to charge again. No optimistic.
I only need a CPT, a holder to charge it and the GGG.
I have accumulated a growing list of redundant kit.
A Display (works but not needed) 2 boosters and one dumb holder/charger, 1 dead CPT and 1 CPT in need of CPR. The GGG I got in the auction has a dead cell or two but it currently works and being in the UK makes it a PITA.
I think I have been incredibly patient. I've believed in the people behind the products. I appreciate the logistical challenges, tariffs, technical challenges, etc. However, if this CPT refuses to resuscitate then I'm done with it all.
I just need simple, reliable, working products, not a surprise every other cook.
