Finally built the win98 system I'm satisfied with
Specs:
P4M800PRO-M V2.0
2GB DDR2 (1GB*2)
Core 2 Duo E6600
PNY 7800 GS 256mb AGP
The card scored 29xxx in XP and 23xxx in 98
Also got wifi to work with the system
I may get an X800 GT or 9800 Pro later but they probably won't be faster
