My rear brake and the sensor controlling the throttle went bad. I contacted Lectric support to help me diagnose the problem. They were very helpful. I went to my local bike shop to have it fixed and they did so by disconnecting the sensor and repairing / adjusting the brakes with new pads etc. Lectric followed up by sending me replacement parts - a new rear brake as well as a new torque controller and requested I get a quote from the bike shop for installation. While at the shop today Lectric accepted the quote, and credited my account covering the cost.

All done with speed, courtesy, and expertise.

Thank you Lectric.

The throttle on my less than 1-year old xPress750 suddenly stopped working. It was fine the day before and 4 rides into the warm weather. But now on any PAS setting the throttle will not engage the engine from a start or while moving.

I have done all of the recommended restarts for the throttle, full bike and control panel.

What I have discovered is when I disconnect the throttle cable at the pin closest to the handlebars, it's an orange 3pin connector, suddenly the real wheel spins under full throttle speed. When I reconnect the pin - the motor stops. It seems my wires are crossed.

I've written to Lectric support about this but have not yet heard back.

Can anyone offer a suggestion to fix this? Has this happened to anyone before; and if so how did you resolve it?

Thanks
