The Adult Survivors Act was meant to help abuse survivors seek justice, but it has arbitrary age restrictions that leave many people over 55 without legal recourse. These survivors are stuck in a cycle of silence while their perpetrators face no consequences.
I started a petition to remove these unjust age limits and reform guardianship laws so ALL adult survivors can pursue justice, regardless of when they're ready to speak up. Healing and accountability shouldn't have an expiration date.
