Problem/goal: helloo I'm (16f) and Im currently struggling rn to lose weight thats why I'm here right now asking this community for help, since I cant rely much on social media I'm asking for people's experiences on what worked for them since many influencers or content creators can mislead alot or giving out useless information thats not effective just for the money and views.
Context: I have been insecure of my body for almost 2 years now especially my big arms thats just fat.. and im deciding to make a change about it, I'm still a teen so I cannot afford any gym memberships or anything like that so I can only work out at home. I tried something simple like following a workout video on YouTube but I'm not sure if thats working for me. Other than doing calorie deficit and exercising what else can I do?
