Mene Ogidi, was shot and killed in broad daylight by an Assistant Superintendent of Police Nuhu Usman, in Delta State.

The graphic footage shows the suspect pleading for his life before being shot. Police say the operation was based on intelligence linking him to a parcel allegedly containing a firearm and ammunition.
