I’m doing a rewatch and I forgot how much I love the whole Steve babysitting squad dynamic. Like yeah the demodogs are scary and the Mind Flayer stuff is creepy but honestly? The scene where he’s trying to fix the car and Dustin just won’t stop talking? That’s the real content I’m here for. Also I finally noticed that in episode 4 Steve does this tiny eye roll when Lucas argues with him and it’s such a older brother energy. I feel like on first watch I was too focused on the action and now I’m just noticing all the little character moments.

Anyway. Team Steve being a reluctant dad before he even knew it.
