Wanting to know if anyone got pregnant naturally second time with PCOS. Tried for 19 months before falling pregnant on medicated cycle. Has a pregnancy helped anyone conceive quicker second time than the first pregnancy? Have started metforim and myo-inositol and ovulated day 18 this cycle. Previously was ovulating day 23-30 before with medicated cycles
