I am manifesting an sp and every once in a while, I don’t want to do anything about them anymore. I get tired of thinking about them and I get angry as well. Should I keep on manifesting my sp or just let everything go?

I am so confused and I am not really sure if what's living in the end with these two desires because I wanna experience it. I have seen some movement but manifesting these two makes me go crazy. What should I really manifest please help me. like should I manifest him just begging and crying first or should I directly manifest us to be back?
