I have a Schengen visa valid for another 2 months. I need to use it one more time. I am also planning another trip a week after the current visa expires and want to apply for a new visa now.

If you have done this before - did you current visa get canceled? Is it possible to have two Schengen visas at once (one currently valid, one with a future validity date)?
