Hello! First hospital experience and I got deployed in the Medical-Surgical Ward. Going 1 month na ako and I bare get 8 hrs of sleep, i get pre and post shift anxiety, and too bad anxiety from making mistakes. Another is, palagi akong nag OOT(no pay) for atleast 1-3 hrs per shift kasi sobrang dami pang need gawin.

Will it get better in time? Kasi I’m starting to lose my passion. I’m exhausted and sad.
