Metal storage building without a house.
I am interested in buying an acre or two of land, and putting up a 20 x 30 metal storage building for boats etc, without a house. Are there any areas where this can be done legally, or where you can get away with it? I’m interested in somewhere between Pelion and Lake Murray.
