Is there any ayurvedic cure for anxiety and depression my gp prescribed me ssri , ssri helped me but makes me weak and unmotivated , and carefree ,and even i have smoked cannabis it helped me , but dont have its availabilty and my parents wont allow
I need anything in ayurveda that can cure out this issue
I am suffering from it since 30 years it hindered my whole life and just diagnosed myself with it with a psychatrist
